Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service/hosting experience.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers the phones and takes messages/reservations.
• Maintains an accurate wait list when necessary.
• Welcomes guests as they arrive and bids them goodbye to create a lasting positive experience.
• Greets guests in a friendly and upbeat manner and communicates effectively with all guests.
• Communicates problems to management immediately.
• Coordinates seating arrangements to provide fast and courteous service.
• Occasional bussing of tables to expedite seating of waiting guests.
• Anticipates needs of scheduled special parties.
