• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Team player with positive guest service attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and proper equipment condition.
• Know menu items, brands, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
• Ring drinks, handle cash, and prepare daily reports as required.
• Provide training to Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter.
• Maintain inventory and reorder to keep stock within pars.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate as needed.
