About the Role: D-BAT Metro South is opening this fall, and we’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to help us launch and grow our new indoor baseball and softball training academy. Whether you're an experienced GM or an emerging leader ready to grow into the role, this is your chance to help shape something from the ground up.

What You’ll Do: Manage or assist with daily facility operations. Lead front desk and instructor staff. Oversee scheduling, memberships, and lesson coordination. Support marketing, social media, and local outreach. Assist with retail sales and pro shop management. Create a welcoming, energetic experience for players and families.

What We’re Looking For: Leadership or operations experience (sports, hospitality, or service industry). Strong communication and organizational skills. Passion for baseball or softball. Comfortable working evenings and weekends. Self-starter who thrives in a team-first environment.
