Job Requirements and Essential Functions

1. High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred
2. 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
3. Basic personal computer literacy
4. Preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager
5. Must be at least 18 years old
6. Must pass background check and drug test
7. Reliable transportation
8. Basic business math, accounting, and strong decision-making skills
9. Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning grounds
