The Taco Bell Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. Key responsibilities include ensuring Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Job Requirements And Essential Functions

• High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation required
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong decision-making skills
• Ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift and carry trash, and clean the parking lot and grounds
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift
