Rural King is seeking a Department Lead to oversee daily department operations, including inventory, merchandising, pricing, and sign accuracy. You will ensure a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment while delivering friendly customer service and supporting front-end tasks as needed.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a 40-hour week with varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to merchandising guides and maintain appealing displays.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and recover stock.
• Oversee price changes and ensure signage is correct.
• Implement playbook features and planogram sets per guidelines.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with inquiries and locating products.
