Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening and clear response能力

Responsibilities

• Oversee scanning outs, inventory management, recovery, pricing changes, and planogram sets
• Maintain cleanliness and high standards in the department
• Monitor inventory levels with regular stock counts and replenishment
• Coordinate price changes and update labels and signage
• Manage playbook features and planogram compliance
• Ensure safety and sanitation throughout the department
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service and assist with inquiries
• Support front-end transactions and loadouts as needed
• Operate handheld devices, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment
• Participate in cross-training and training programs for growth
