Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience in the relevant department.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain consistent department displays and signing.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels with regular stock counts and replenishment.
• Oversee the recovery process to keep the department neat and visually appealing.
• Coordinate and execute price changes with relevant teams.
• Manage implementations of playbook features and planogram sets per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols within the department.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the customer engagement model.
• Support front end by processing transactions as required.
• Operate general office equipment and retail devices as needed.
• Participate in cross-training for flexibility across departments.
• Engage in training programs and learning initiatives to grow skills.
• Provide friendly, proactive internal and external support and address issues promptly.
