Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a design firm.
• Licensure required.
• Interest in sport and wellness market and client relationships.
• Proven leadership in design thinking and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead project strategy, planning and design from concept through delivery.
• Develop space programs and concept plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, and sub-consultants.
• Contribute to business development and client relationships.
• Mentor team members and foster learning.
• Collaborate with campus master planners, site designers, architects, interior designers.
• Present clearly to clients and communities and lead design conversations.
