Mid-Senior Architect for Sports Planning & Design

Salary Range:$93,000.00 To $130,000.00 Annually
Location:Boston, New York, Denver, Los Angeles
Salary Range:$93,000–$130,000 commensurate with experience
Job Type:Full-Time, Monday through Thursday in Office

We are seeking aMid-Senior level architect(8+ years of experience) to join our practice inBoston,Denver, New York, or Los Angelesand help to support and lead this market. What You’ll Do

  • Lead project strategy, planning, and designfrom concept through delivery.

  • Work with clients and stakeholder groupsto develop space programs and concept development plans through outreach and engagement.

  • Manage and coordinatemultidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, and sub-consultants with minimal oversight.

  • Actively contribute tobusiness development, market and pursuit strategy, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Developthought leadership, including content for publishing, social media, and trade conference presentations

  • Serve as amentor—cultivating the growth of team members through hands-on work, coaching, listening, and feedback.

  • Collaboratewith in-house campus master planners, site designers, architects, interior designers

  • Present and communicate with clarityto clients, stakeholders, and communities.

  • Inspire teamsthrough design leadership, team building, and commitment to excellence.

What You Bring

  • Professional degree in Architecture.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a design firm environment.
