Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in a design firm environment.
• Interest and experience in sport and wellness markets.
• Licensure required.
• Proven experience leading design thinking and delivery on projects.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Deep understanding of detailing, drawing sets, and material systems.
• Experience with sport-related design issues, including trends and program requirements.
• Exceptional communication and team leadership skills.
• Strong client presence and ability to lead conversations around strategy, scope, and design direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead project strategy, planning, and design from concept through delivery.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to develop space programs and concepts.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, and sub-consultants.
• Contribute to business development and cultivate client relationships.
