Job summary

The John Gore Organization in the United States is seeking a Sponsorship Sales Assistant to help maximize ticket sales by supporting local, regional, and national accounts with the delivery of contractual elements and outstanding customer service.

You will assist in maintaining client relationships, preparing sales presentations, coordinating sponsor ticketing, and supporting events. Travel may be required; strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of local and national accounts.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with sponsor ticketing needs and sales presentations.
• Create and develop presentations for potential new business.
• Participate in meetings and calls.
• Assist in national proof of performance recaps and other reporting.
• Coordinate sponsorship events and communications with sponsors.
