Job summary

Learfield IMG College in Stillwater, OK is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to drive sponsorship revenue for Oklahoma State University. You will manage renewals and new business, building strong relationships with university partners and brands to deliver integrated campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, and on-site activations, while maintaining accurate CRM records and meeting game-day needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience focused on client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sales goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first approach.
• Comfort navigating CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue goals by selling integrated sponsorships.
• Own full sales cycle for renewals and new business.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals across digital and on-site platforms.
