Learfield IMG College is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. This full-time role focuses on growing sponsorship revenue through renewals and new business, engaging with university partners and sponsors, and coordinating campaigns across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates will bring 4+ years in sales, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. Flexible to evenings/weekends for game days and events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience with client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sales goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first approach.
• Comfort navigating CRM systems in a performance-driven environment.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for game days/events.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed revenue goals by selling sponsorship packages.
• Own full sales cycle for renewals and new business.
• Present and negotiate proposals across digital, social, broadcast, in-venue, and experiential platforms.
• Build relationships with local, regional, and national partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver partner campaigns per contract terms.
