Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with three years of administrative/financial support experience.
• Experience handling external funding, sponsorships, or student accounts preferred.
• Ability to verify financial documents and apply funds fairly.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, create, modify, and award external sponsorships to student accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsorship inquiries from students, donors, and staff.
• Evaluate documents and allocate aid per guidelines, protecting privacy.
• Track sponsorships and audit balances using internal systems.
• Provide guidance to students on sponsorship status and next steps.
• Collaborate with campus staff to support enrollment and retention goals.
