Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment is seeking a detail‑oriented Media Sales Coordinator to support Sales Operations, Production and Activation in delivering client assets across media, streaming and arena displays. You'll need accuracy, organization, and cross‑department coordination to meet client and agency expectations.

Responsibilities include managing inventory grids, creating sales recaps, and assisting with pitches.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Sales or Marketing or related field.
• 6+ months’ experience in Media Sales or related field.
• Professional, collegiate, and/or sports media related sales/production experience.
• Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Sales Operations, Production and Activation on the execution of client creative assets on media, streaming and various TV visible arena assets.
• Maintain inventory grids for Ball Arena and sporting assets, including digital boards and signage.
• Prepare end-of-season recap reports, sales presentations and sponsorship decks.
• Coordinate with Altitude creative team to develop local and national mockups for pitches and on-air execution.
