Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is seeking a Media and Traffic Operations Specialist to support Account Directors and the Sales Operations team throughout the full sales cycle. You will handle order entry, campaign maintenance, traffic coordination, reporting, and billing reconciliation while collaborating with internal departments to ensure accurate delivery of campaigns.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Sales or Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years experience in sales support, advertising operations, traffic, or media.
• Knowledge of TV, digital, sponsorship, or media sales processes.
• Experience with Wide Orbit, Nielsen, or similar media sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Directors from order entry to campaign delivery.
• Enter and maintain sales orders in Wide Orbit for national orders.
• Coordinate with Traffic and Sales to ensure accurate scheduling and log placement.
• Support Altitude+ DAI streaming campaigns with asset delivery and targeting notes.
• Pull Nielsen ratings and prepare post-buy analysis for national orders.
• Assist with onboarding new advertisers and maintaining client lists.
