Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) in Denver, CO seeks an Account Director, Sales Operations, to support the full sales cycle. Responsibilities include order entry, campaign maintenance, traffic coordination, reporting, and billing reconciliation with internal teams and clients.

This role requires accuracy, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure campaigns are entered, scheduled, delivered, revised, and documented to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in Media Sales or related field.
• 6 months' experience using Wide Orbit.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Directors from order entry through campaign delivery.
• Enter and maintain orders in Wide Orbit with rates, rotations, flight dates.
• Coordinate with Traffic for placement, timing, and materials.
• Assist Executive Director, Sales Operations with local and national sales.
• Pull Nielsen ratings and demographic reports for proposals and post-buy analysis.
