Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Media Account Coordinator to support the Partnership Marketing & Media Sales teams. You will manage arena assets, prepare sponsorship decks, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure campaigns meet client expectations.

The role requires 6+ months in media sales, a BS/BA in Sales or Marketing, and proficiency with Wide Orbit and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Sales or Marketing or related field.
• 6+ months’ experience in Media Sales or related field.
• Professional, collegiate, and/or sports media related sales/production experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory execution grids for Ball Arena and related assets.
• Create end-of-season recap reports for clients with signage elements.
• Prepare and maintain sales presentations, one-sheets, and sponsorship recap decks.
• Coordinate with Altitude creative team for mockups and on-air execution.
• Gather logos and taglines for on-air execution and asset delivery.
• Build element logs in Wide Orbit for master control.
• Review discrepancy reports and troubleshoot aired elements.
• Support department in game night signage and collateral, contracts, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with Traffic to confirm element placement, timing, and ads.
• Collaborate with NBA, NHL, NLL, ALT representatives for league contracts.
