Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is seeking a Media and Traffic Operations Specialist in Denver, CO. You will support Account Directors and the Sales Operations team through the entire sales cycle, handling order entry, campaign maintenance, traffic coordination, and billing reconciliation.

You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure campaigns are entered, scheduled, delivered, and documented per client expectations, with attention to Makegoods and revisions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Sales or Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in sales support, advertising operations, traffic, or media.
• Experience with TV, digital, sponsorship, or media sales processes.
• Experience with Wide Orbit, Nielsen, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Directors in all aspects of the sales process, from order entry through campaign delivery.
• Enter and maintain all sales orders accurately in Wide Orbit for national orders.
• Coordinate with Traffic to confirm placement, timing, and creative materials.
• Assist with billing reconciliation by ensuring orders are invoiced correctly.
• Pull Nielsen ratings and demographic reports for proposals and post-buy analysis.
• Maintain client contact lists, order summaries, and campaign recaps.
