Horizon Media Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the sponsorships portfolio for a leading US telecommunications client. You will assist in management and execution of activations, promotions, and events, while maintaining timelines and ensuring assets are delivered.

A strong communicator with excellent organization skills will help build relationships, coordinate between clients and rights holders, and contribute to strategic planning and optimization of partnerships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of marketing experience at an agency, team, league, rights holder or brand.

Responsabilidades

• Support Associate Account Director and account team in management and execution of client sponsorship portfolios, activations, promotions and events.
• Develop and maintain property one-sheeters and partnership playbooks.
• Day-to-day account management for select brands; weekly status calls with properties/brand teams.
• Traffick creative; monitor programs and promotions; ensure assets are fulfilled.
