Job summary

Momentum Worldwide in Atlanta is seeking an Account Manager to support sponsorship marketing programs, from digital campaigns to on-site activations, with budget tracking and post-event reporting. You will coordinate with property rights holders, agency partners, and internal teams to ensure assets and plans are executed on time, while providing data-driven insights for future programs.

The role requires strong communication, vendor management, and the ability to manage multiple programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 4-5 years sponsorship and event activation experience.
• Based in Atlanta with in-office commute required.
• Previous agency experience is a plus.
• Budget support and reconciliation experience.
• Knowledge about different digital/social media channels available for communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus project and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Supports sponsorship strategy development with emphasis on digital marketing campaigns leveraging contractual assets.
• Liaises with rights holders and agency partners daily to ensure assets and direction.
• Supports development of integrated marketing plans including digital programming and social.
• Works with UPS teams and agency partners to manage hospitality program planning and execution.
• Interacts with UPS regions regarding sponsorship programs and planning.
• Supports digital and customer event program execution with cross-functional teams.
• Provides data-driven insights on sponsorship programs to leadership and helps recommendations for next year.
• Liaises with partners to develop or support customer hospitality events and manage invoicing.
