Job summary

Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is seeking an event sponsorship assistant to support the Sponsorship Department before, during, and after the 2027 Show. You will track assets for Sponsors and Donors, coordinate activation logistics, and serve as day-of contact for the sponsorship team.

Pre-show tasks include compiling asset packets and updating trackers. During Showtime, you will log electronic signage, assist with acts of kindness activations, and photograph sponsor activities for recap books.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry and customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of digital photography preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-show tasks: manage asset packets, update trackers and prepare sponsor deliverables.
• Showtime: log signage data, assist activations, photograph sponsor signage and events.
• Post-show: assist with closeouts, recaps and sponsor gifts.
• Document and photograph sponsor materials for recap books.
• Support in managing signage and event logistics across venues.
