Full-time Regular Admin Support Houston, Houston, TX, US
Responsible for assisting the Sponsorship Department with ensuring the delivery of contractual elements, providing excellent client service, and managing a detail-oriented tracking system for designated sponsor assets. This includes developing and executing activation plans, program and event management, and assist with department operations.. They will manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, sports management, communications, marketing or advertising; or at least three years related experience and/or training in sponsorship, event logistics and special event coordination; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a demonstrated and recognized ability to work at the highest levels with advertising and marketing representatives, corporate executives and marketing partners. Must have the ability to build and nurture business relationships, both internally and externally.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Must have ability to manage tasks at a high level of proficiency and to utilize state of the art information, presentation and processing technology. Requires expert skills in Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. Requires strong accounting and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Requires excellent telephone and written/oral communication skills. Able to plan and execute projects.
