Job summary

Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo in Houston, TX seeks a Full-time Sponsorship Admin Support to aid the Sponsorship Department in delivering contractual elements, client service, and asset tracking. The role involves developing activation plans, managing program and event logistics, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have strong Microsoft Office skills, experience in sponsorship or event coordination, and the ability to manage multiple sponsor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, sports management, communications, marketing or advertising, or 3+ years sponsorship/event experience.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for asset tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist account managers with sponsor assets and activation efforts to support attendance and the Show's mission.
• Primary contact for daily activation partners and assist Fulfillment Manager with activations and contractual obligations.
• Plan and execute annual Sponsor events and the Sponsor Summit, coordinating sponsor presentations and agendas.
• Lead planning and execution of the Rodeo Acts of Kindness program with sponsor participation and communications.
• Coordinate delivery of Sponsor assets with department teammates; provide outstanding client service to sponsors and guests.
• Support department operations, maintain records, and assist with reporting to ensure successful show objectives.
