Job summary

Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is seeking a Sponsorship Coordinator to assist the Sponsorship Department with delivering contractual elements, activation plans, and event management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, sports management, communications, marketing or advertising.
• Or at least three years related experience in sponsorship, event logistics and special event coordination.
• Ability to build and nurture business relationships with advertising and marketing representatives and corporate executives.

Responsibilities

• Assist sponsorship department with delivering contractual elements and activation plans.
• Develop and execute sponsor activation plans and events.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide excellent client service to sponsors and guests.
• Coordinate sponsor assets and communications.
