Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Sponsorship Coordinator to support the Sponsorship Department in delivering contractual elements and managing sponsor assets within Houston.

You will assist with activation plans, event management, and department operations while cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate sponsor activations, help plan annual events and the Sponsor Summit, and ensure excellent client service throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, sports management, communications, marketing or advertising; or 3 years sponsorship/event experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist account managers with dedicated sponsor assets and drive Show attendance and sponsor exposure.
• Serve as primary contact for daily activation partners and fulfill contractual obligations with excellent service.
• Lead planning and execution of annual Sponsor events, including the Sponsor Summit.
• Coordinate sponsor participation for Rodeo Acts of Kindness and manage volunteer credentials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the best experience at Rodeo Run, Rodeo Roundup, Scholarship Picnic, and Downtown Parade.
• Provide sales support by researching market trends and generating new sponsorship inventory ideas.
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to sustain sponsor engagement.
• Plan Sponsor networking lunches and events to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Support department operations by maintaining records, coordinating processes, and assisting with reporting.
