Responsibilities

• Grant Preparation (pre-award): Manage all administrative aspects of grant preparation, review sponsor requirements, meet deadlines, and coordinate with departments to complete proposals.
• Portfolio Management (post-award): Prepare financial and narrative reports, monitor budgets, and invoice for trials and industry agreements.
• Procurement: Approve purchase requests, verify funds, and review bills for core and center services.
• Human Resources: Onboarding, salary offers, visa processes, merit and promotions, and funding-based allocations.
• Compliance: Advise on policies, MTA/DUA processes, and NIH/DFCI policies; ensure compliance and training.
• Cores, Centers and Chargebacks: Assist pricing development and monthly billing, manage revenue and expenditures.
