Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Expert with new applications and software programs.
• Excel and Google Sheets expertise preferred.
• Extensive experience with electronic document and email file storage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Grant Preparation (pre-award): manage all administrative aspects of sponsored research applications and deadlines.
• Portfolio Management (post-award): financial reporting and budget adherence.
• Procurement: approve purchase requests and verify funds.
• Human Resources: onboarding, salary offers, visa processing, and ongoing staffing administration.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to NIH/DFC policies and regulatory requirements.
• Cores, Centers and Chargebacks: pricing, billing, and revenue tracking.
