Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience in grants/contracts or financial reporting preferred.
• Experience with sponsored projects, contracts, and federal/state reporting is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review awards for terms/conditions, billing, payment information, and reporting requirements to set up awards in PeopleSoft Grants.
• Coordinate with sponsors on F&A rates or dollars applied.
• Prepare and submit financial reports by due dates, including Federal and non-Federal Reports of Expenditure.
• Monitor budgets, indirect costs, charges, and compliance across projects.
• Perform closeouts, ensure deliverables met, and reconcile revenues/receivables.
• Monitor cost transfers and approve reallocations with proper documentation.
• Review sub-award agreements for budget impact and carry forward possibilities.
• Conduct regular meetings with departments and respond to sponsor inquiries.
