Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of grants, contracts, finance, or federal reporting experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with Federal/Non-Federal reporting familiarity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sponsored Projects Award Modifications and Setup: review awards terms, billing, and setup in the PeopleSoft Grants system.
• Award Invoicing/Billing: monthly/quarterly billing and sponsor communications.
• Financial Reporting Creation & Submission: prepare and submit reports by sponsor deadlines.
• Financial Management of Awards/Projects: monitor budgets, indirect cost rates, and compliance.
• Award Closeouts: perform closeouts and reconciliations.
• Sponsored Projects Cost Transfers Review and Approval: monitor reallocations for compliance.
• Sponsored Projects Subcontract Review and Approval: review sub-award language and carry forward.
• Customer Service: meetings with departments and timely sponsor communications.
