Responsibilities

70% responsible for timely review, creation, and disbursement of sponsored program invoices; processing payments including ACH forms; maintain electronic billing files; reconcile accounts receivable items.
20% collaborate with business analyst to troubleshoot Workday issues, implement updates, and test billing system changes.
5% manage delinquent account collection and write-off processes with periodic reminders to sponsors.
5% support grant accountants by reviewing award setups and assisting with closeout processes for sponsored projects.
