Responsibilities

• Submit invoices and forms to sponsors per award requirements.
• Maintain sponsor billing portal access, submission calendars, and records.
• Confirm successful invoice submissions and keep submission records.
• Enter approved cost transfers into the financial system and verify postings.
• Maintain records of invoices, receivables, and award documentation.
• Process new, modified, and expired award files and route docs.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues in processing.
• Serve as initial contact for routine departmental and sponsor questions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
