Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for an inflammation program. This sponsor-dedicated, remote- US only role oversees study execution from start-up to closeout with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of clinical project management experience, strong CRO/vendor oversight skills, and a proven ability to drive study progress while coordinating cross-functional teams across global partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience.
• Experience running trials from start-up through closeout.
• Experience supporting complex Phase 2b studies within inflammation.
• Strong CRO/vendor management experience.
• Ability to drive study execution in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study from start-up through closeout.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and implement operational solutions quickly.
• Lead vendor management activities and oversight of external partners and CROs.
