Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for an inflammation program with sponsor-dedicated support and remote-US flexibility. The role emphasizes end-to-end trial execution, vendor oversight, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage start-up through closeout, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timelines meet milestones while navigating risks and changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of clinical project management in clinical research
• Experience running trials from start-up to closeout
• Experience supporting Phase 2b inflammation studies
• Strong CRO/vendor management experience
• Ability to drive study execution in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Drive operational execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study from start-up through database lock and closeout
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
• Maintain deep operational awareness across all aspects of the trial
• Ensure study milestones stay on track in a fast-paced environment
• Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and implement solutions quickly
• Lead vendor management activities and oversight of external partners and CROs
• Draft, review, and coordinate key study documents and reports
• Mentor or support junior team members as needed
• Operate within a matrixed global environment with multiple stakeholders
