Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager specializing in inflammation to join a sponsor-dedicated team remotely in the United States. This role leads end-to-end management of a Phase 2b study, from start-up through closeout, with accountability for timelines, risks, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will drive study execution, manage CROs/vendors, mentor junior staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across FDA/EMA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience in clinical research.
• Experience managing Phase 2b inflammation studies.
• Strong CRO/vendor management experience; independent drive to execute.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end clinical trial execution from start-up through database lock and closeout.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and implement operational solutions quickly.
