Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead an inflammation program with sponsor-dedicated support and remote US working option. You will drive study initiation, execution, and closeout, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet milestones.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical project management, a strong understanding of Phase 2/3 trial operations, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience in clinical research.
• Experience leading trials from start-up to closeout in inflammation.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end clinical trial execution from start-up through closeout.
• Manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, risks, and cross-workstream coordination.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and mentor junior team members.
• Draft and coordinate key study documents and SOPs.
