Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead an active Phase 2b inflammation study in a sponsor-dedicated environment. The role is remote in the US, requiring strong CRO/vendor oversight and hands-on study execution from start-up to closeout.

You will collaborate with global teams, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor junior staff while driving operational excellence in a fast-paced setting with high accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience in clinical research.
• Experience leading trials from start-up through closeout.
• Experience supporting inflammation programs and working with CROs/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure timelines, deliverables and risks are tracked.
