Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to lead budgeting, template development and negotiations for sponsor-dedicated clinical trials.

You will collaborate with internal teams and major academic partners to craft compliant, risk-balanced CTAs, manage timelines, and drive process improvements across oncology programs. This is a remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and siterelated milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead direct negotiations; draft and finalize CTAs balancing business and protections.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas, with oncology preferred.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and communicate updates.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Maintain GCP knowledge; build relationships; train teammates; drive process improvements.
