Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on a team and with internal/external partners to resolve problems.
• Ability to analyze historical collection data, project trends, define goals and metrics.
• Travel: Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and long-term sponsor partnerships to achieve collection goals.
• Identify, develop and implement strategies to attract, sell, manage and retain Blood Program Leaders/Sponsor partnerships.
• Provide organizational and operational support to sponsor contacts and maintain communication with sponsors.
• Support the blood drive calendar by scheduling drives with sponsors.
• Keep abreast of geography and competitive landscape to support sponsor groups.
• Maintain accurate system records and provide performance data on sponsor groups.
• Ensure tools and technology are fit for purpose and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
