Job summary

MasTec Communications Group seeks a Splicing Supervisor to lead a Coax Splicing crew on upgrade and new build telecom projects. You’ll coach technicians, ensure safety, and deliver quality work while meeting deadlines.

You will direct multiple crews, mentor your team, and provide excellent customer service as you build reliable telecom infrastructure. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coax splicing experience.
• Safety is a value you live by.
• Strong problem-solving and field troubleshooting skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring field teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software.

Responsibilities

As a Splicing Supervisor, you will support a team of Coax Splicers in the upgrade of existing plants, plant extensions, and new build construction.

In addition, you will:

• Give direction to multiple crews and their Jobsite activities
• Develop your team's skill set and knowledge of telecom construction
• Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers
• Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture
• Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects

Qualifications

About You:

• Safety is a value you live by
• You have 5+ years of Coax Splicing experience
• You enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
• You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software
