Job summary

Bacardi Louisville plant seeks a Supply Chain Planner to coordinate short-term materials, production schedules and inbound logistics. You will work with SAP MRP, DRAMS and Excel to translate plans into actionable material calls and optimize inventory.

You'll monitor stock levels, coordinate with procurement and production teams, and drive continuous improvements in material flow. Ideal candidate has 1–3 years in manufacturing planning or related roles; experience with SAP/APO and advanced Excel;

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment or related professional experience.
• SAP/APO systems – proven experience in material/production planning and inventory management.
• Microsoft Excel – pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, BI reporting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze short-term production schedules to plan and align material requirements using SAP MRP and DRAMS.
• Translate production plans into detailed material supply plans and manage inventory targets.
• Participate in daily plant meetings, communicating supply risks and adjusting plans with partners.
• Develop daily/weekly material call-offs for components like glass, labels, and finishing materials.
• Lead month-end inventory reconciliation and collaborate with procurement and finance on discrepancies.
