Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking an energetic field-based sales professional in California to represent top spirits, beer and wine brands. You will build relationships with off-premise accounts in Petaluma, Novato and nearby areas, driving growth and market share.

The role includes training, a competitive compensation package with incentives, 401(k) match, full health benefits, generous PTO and monthly car/mileage reimbursement. Requires travel to retail locations and events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years related experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve customer objectives, execution metrics and targets by partnering with assigned retail locations to grow portfolio of spirits brands.
• Build strong business partnerships, execute sales processes and programs to drive brand health.
• Execute sales process with category and brand education and positioning.
• Implement programs within accounts to ensure pricing, promotions and visual inventory.
• Influence store-level orders to ensure distribution and in-stock levels.
• Execute local sell-in initiatives to increase displays in assigned outlets.
• Occasional travel to retail locations and promotional events.
• Other duties as assigned.
