Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Outside Sales professional to cover San Francisco and surrounding cities, representing well-known brands like Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Jack Daniel’s. The role involves Monday–Friday schedules with some nights and weekends, and mileage reimbursement through MOTUS.

You will drive spirits programs, build key on-premise and off-premise accounts, and collaborate with suppliers to meet distribution and volume targets while benefiting from 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years’ related experience, or a high school diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance meeting state minimums.

Responsibilities

• Drive Spirits portfolio sales by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans.
• Achieve sales and distribution goals by implementing monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans.
• Increase net core brand distribution beyond baseline in the assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers.
• Collaborate with account representatives to align priorities and customer needs.
• Act as a spirits expert, creating programs, education, and training for the market and coordinate with supplier leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
