Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Machine Operator (Spiral) - Weekend Daylight in Middlesex, NC. You will set up and operate wire winders and braiders to produce spiral-wrapped PTFE tubing, with tight tolerances and daily quality checks.

This weekend daylight role runs Friday to Sunday, 6 am to 6:30 pm, offering a 40-hour week with potential overtime. The position pays $24.04 per hour, with safety and lean programs emphasized, and requires at least two years of manufacturing experience and familiarity with

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience using hand and power tools.
U.S. persons only; ITAR compliance for this role.
No relocation assistance; within 50 miles of Middlesex, NC; eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate wire winders and braiders to produce spiral-wrapped PTFE tubing.
Perform complex set-ups with tight tolerances and conduct quality checks.
Move materials, load carriers, and run daily maintenance on equipment.
Operate overhead crane and bake/heat processes as required.
Record data on process travelers and complete computer transactions for labor and inventory.
Follow safety, lean and TPM practices and maintain 5S+ housekeeping.
