Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Tends winding machine as part of a crew.
• Set up and adjust mandrels and splice positions.
• Operates winder, monitors speed for even winding.
• Measures dimensions, uses calipers for tolerances.
• Inspects material for defects and pinholes.
• Maintains safe, organized work area.
