You will translate production schedules into shift actions, maintain process discipline, and build team capability in a high-growth manufacturing setting. Strong leadership, safety focus, and process knowledge are essential. The role requires frontline supervision, cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and CI

Qualifications

• Excellent face-to-face and written communication with operators, maintenance, tech support, management, and stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Drive to improve operational execution and maintain high standards.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities; safety-focused with EHS awareness.
• Knowledge of quality systems and ISO 9001-2015 requirements preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all personnel in the spinning area and lead safety observations.
• Deliver shift-level fiber production output meeting the production schedule.
• Maintain process discipline and fiber quality; monitor real-time data and actions.
• Develop capability in the production team and coaching of team leads.
• Execute structured shift handoffs with clear communication to incoming shift.
