Air Products seeks a Heartland Spinning Supervisor to lead day-shift operations in the St. Louis membrane spinning area.

You will translate production schedules into actionable execution, maintain process discipline, and develop frontline team capability in a high-growth manufacturing environment. You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, and CI teams to resolve issues, coach technicians, and support ramping of new lines while ensuring safety and quality standards are

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience with supervisory or team lead roles.
• Associate's degree in a related technical discipline preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• SAP experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety of all personnel in the spinning area and lead safety observations.
• Deliver shift-level fiber production output per the schedule and coordinate with other supervisors.
• Maintain process discipline and quality by monitoring parameters and addressing deviations.
• Develop team capability by coaching, onboarding, and succession planning for frontline leaders.
• Execute high-quality shift handoffs to the night shift and maintain shift logs for continuity.
• Drive adherence to AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality requirements and support audits.
• Lead CI activities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
