You’ll translate production schedules into shift-level execution, maintain process discipline, and coach a team of technicians to achieve safety, quality, and output goals. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on mechanical aptitude, and collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and CI teams to drive continuous improvement and safe, efficient

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing experience with supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop frontline leaders.
• Excellent communication with operators, maintenance, QA, and management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and enforce EHS policies across the spinning area.
• Direct day-shift operations to meet production schedules and targets.
• Develop team capability and succession for future capacity.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and CI teams to resolve issues.
