Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Night Production Supervisor to lead the Spinning Operations on the 6pm–6am shift at the Membrane Solutions site in St. Louis, Missouri.

You will manage a team of about 16 production technicians and working team leads, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time production across spinning lines. As the primary on-site night leader, you will drive lean improvements, coordinate resources, and uphold AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards while developing a high-performing,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with hollow fiber spinning or related process manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and BSP; manage night-shift safety.
• Direct and coordinate all night-shift spinning operations.
• Execute production schedule balancing safety, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor quality and process deviations; support root-cause investigations.
• Lead, coach, and develop production technicians and leads.
• Maintain shift handoffs and document operating records.
